Reouven Ron
General Manager and Cofounder
Prior to founding Niron, Mr. Ron worked for Tadiran Spectralink as a vice president and Director the company´s Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for Data Links for UAVs and Space, and Vice President for Marketing and Sales. Between 1996 and 1999, Mr. Ron worked for Rokar International, as a Product Line Director for EW systems.
Mr. Ron is a Lt. Col. (Res.) in the Israeli Air Force (IAF). Before retiring from active service he was Branch Commander at IAF´s Headquarters.
Mr. Ron holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
Niv Shacham
CTO and Cofounder
During his work for the company, Mr. Shacham held various management positions in System engineering, Quality assurance and Operations. Prior to founding Niron, Mr. Shacham worked for Shacham3I, a consulting company for defense and other markets, as a Director. Between 2000 and 2002 Mr. Shacham worked for I-ray, a start-up company in the RFID and cellular fields, as Programs Director. Between 1995 and 2000 Mr Shacham worked for Elbit system as a Program manager and Technical manager.
Mr. Shacham holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
Liat Shacham
VP Program Management
Mrs. Shacham brings more than 25 years in Software development and management and Program Management. Prior joining the company Mrs. Shacham worked for NCR (Retalix division) as International projects approval department manager, being in charge of large scale international projects. Between 2011 and 2012 Mrs. Shacham worked for Better Place as IT infrastructure group manager. Between 1998 and 2011 Mrs. Shacham has worked for DSP Group in various positions of Real time software development, Quality assurance, Reference design Customer support and configuration management. Between 1988 and 1995 Mrs. Shacham served as a real time software developer for the IAF and other companies is Israel and Abroad.
Mrs. Shacham is a graduate of the MAMRAM program of the IDF and holds a degree in Computer science and political science from Tel Aviv University.
Igor Terletski
Hardware Development Manager
Mr. Terletski manage the Hardware design and development department. Prior to working for Niron, Mr. Terletski worked as electronic hardware developer for Wizlan Ltd., a Hi-tech copany active in the networking market, as electronic hardware developer. Between 2000 and 2003 Mr. Terletski worked for Yraden Contorol Systems, as electronic Hardware developer.
Mr. Terletski Holds a MSc degree in Electronic Engineering from the Almaty Energetic Institute.
